Mark Deptula

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science/Radiology from the University of Hartford and has been in the medical field for many years. He has always been interested in all facets of real estate and became an investor, owning several rental properties as well as a house flipping business. He enjoyed the business so much that he decided he wanted to help others fulfill their dream of becoming homeowners and chose to work in the field full-time as a residential mortgage loan originator.

Mark is known for his patient and friendly personality as well as his great attention to detail. He prides himself on prompt customer service, happy clients and will go above and beyond expectations.

When not working, he is an avid skier, golfer, enjoys water sports, and very handy as he can repair almost anything. He currently resides between Connecticut and Florida with his fiancée and two dogs.
